U-Pack Storage Solution

Wednesday, January 28th, 2009

I had been looking for a low cost, high volume storage solution as I am going to be out of the country for awhile. I had looked at local storage units and other similar solutions when a friend of mine recommended I try a new service called U-Pack. U-Pack is a great new affordable portable self storage solution. You simply rent the unit and can store whatever you want in it. The prices are so low, a ReloCube ranges from $75 to $195 per container for 30 days! You can then easily move the containers anywhere, even right to your door.

If you are thinking about moving or need an excellent storage solution then take a good look at this amazing new storage concept.

Tech Travel Week Roundup #11

Thursday, January 22nd, 2009

A big week for mobile devices, and such is the occasion of our first tech round up dedicated entirely to mobile experiences.

First off is the opening of a Vertu flagship store in Ginza, Japan. The store like the phones are over the top affairs simply oozing luxury. While the question tasteful or tacky? rings out loud and clear with Vertu’s phones and stores our opinion is the store is much easier on the eyes then their phones. [Source]

If you are tired of looking at tacky man made creations get out of the city and look up, way up… There is a new program coming out for the Nintendo DS, an interactive star map. Impress your girlfriend or bore your grandchildren there is a little something for everyone with the Hoshizora Navi (Sky Navigator). [Source]

In an attempt to entertain fans or perhaps to cut down on rioting Arsenal football/soccer fans will soon be able to catch live action and video replays on their PSPs. Some DS added value experiences have been available for baseball stadiums for some time now, but this is the first such feature for the Sony PSP. [Source]

Flowering Trees

Tuesday, January 20th, 2009

I absolutely love cherry trees, especially the type that have beautiful blossoms. I was interested in getting some cherry blossoms for my wedding, and disappointed to find out that they only bloom at a very specific time of year. However, I decided to purchase some trees anyways so I could enjoy the beautiful blossoms once a year. I started looking at local nurseries but was unable to find exactly what I was looking for. I found a great site online though that has a huge selection of Flowering trees at great prices. I bought my trees hassle free and they even bloomed in the first year.

Of Concepts Office Furniture

Tuesday, January 6th, 2009

Recently my company made the move to a new office, we decided that the furniture was also in need of an update so I began to look around for the perfect office furniture. I did not think it would be so difficult but after several weeks of looking there was still no furniture I thought would be a good match. I decided to take my search online and eventually I found the site Of Concepts, its a great site with tons of office furniture with really great prices. I was even able to get some nicer furniture than I had intended to buy and stayed with the businesses budget. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for office furniture.

Tech Travel: Shuttle Launches At Kennedy Space Center

Tuesday, January 6th, 2009

One of the best places for some tech travel is one that many of you might have already been to. The Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral is one of the meccas of tech travel, lucky for some of us our parents already took us there on a side trip to Disney World. The center itself has loads of interesting exhibits, but if you time things just right you will be able to see the main attraction, a shuttle launch. Although tickets sell out fast for the launches the shuttle taking off can be viewed from many near by locations outside of the Kennedy Space Center.

The next shuttle being launched is,
Shuttle Discovery - ISS 15A
February 12th, 2009 7:30AM

STS-119 will be the 28th U.S. mission to the International Space Station. The flight will deliver the Starboard 6 truss segment, giving the station its fourth and final set of power-generating solar wings.

Beanies Are Back

Tuesday, January 6th, 2009

I found the coolest store online to buy beanies. I had been searching for the perfect hat for a long time and I finally found it on E4 Hats. It is such a great site, they have almost any kind of hate imaginable. This time I had been searching for beanies to get me through the cold winter months, I had all but given up. I did not want to be stuck wearing the same beanie as everyone else I knew so the local mall was out of the question. I had been looking online, but the results where so scattered. When I found E4 Hats website I knew I would never have difficulty finding a hat again, they have absolutely everything I could have wanted. Any hat you can think of this website will have it for an amazing price.

The Best Source For Bearings

Tuesday, January 6th, 2009

How do you find your bearings? This is the question I was asking everyone I could find when I realized how much my company had been paying for bearings. Bearings are a very necessarily expense, but its one that can go out of control, since the individual cost can be reasonable you have to look at how many you go through a year. A change in price can mean a huge increase in your companies bottom line. My quest for the best quality and price in bearings took me online where I discovered Reid Supply Company, a global distributor of industrial components. They had an amazing selection of bearings and I was able to find a much better price for my company, saving it a boatload of cash in the process.
