Recently the air conditioning on my car went out and the mechanics were all looking to charge an arm and a leg to replace it. I had a reasonable knowledge about car repairs so I started to look into doing it myself. I discovered a buddy of mine had repaired the air conditioning on his car, he told me the hardest part was fining a reliable air conditioning compressor for a good price. I decided to do a search online to see what was available. I cam across a great site called Discount Compressor, they had a great selection of compressors for incredible prices. On top of that shipping was free for my order. The compressor arrived promptly and I was able to save a bundle of cash fixing my air conditioning myself.

There is loads of space junk right here on planet earth! Oobject has put together a great list of various Space Junk that has been abandoned and forgotten since the dawn of the space age. The lists look at abandoned space junk from both NASA and the Russian Space Agency. There is everything from a Russian shuttle that was never completed to a NASA rocket launch trailer full of equipment left out in a dessert. Gizmodo also went through the list and provided their take on all the space junk.

Star City is Russia’s own Cape Canaveral, all of Russia’s cosmonauts where trained in this once secretive facility. These days the center is more open and can even be visited as a tourist (for aprox $500), or if you have deeper pockets you can follow in the foot steps of the worlds first space tourists who trained for their flights to the ISS at Star City.
Richard Garriott a video game designer is the next space tourist to fork over the $30 million dollar ticket price to take a ride on a Russian rocket and spend a week and a half on the ISS. Before he can leave Garriott must spend eight months training at Star City. Wired has written a great article about him along with some fantastic photos of the facility.

My company was recently taking proposals for new business management software, there was a healthy competition among my co-workers to see who could find the best software and be credited with the winning proposal. After hours of research my team and I decided to recommend PROPHIX’s business performance management software. The software delivers reports, personnel planning, budgeting and business forecasting all in on package. Its easy to use and aims to cut down on expensive IT delays and costs.
When the final word was had on our new software management decided to go with PROPHIX.

Recently Pizza Pizza started selling a drink called Brio at several of their locations. The Brio drink is made from a fruit called Chinotto which is grown in parts of Italy. The plants grow to about three meters high. The drink is similar to cola, its a smooth easy taste with a hint of a ginger like substance and a bitter-sweet taste to it. It is also the primary ingredient of the popular Campari liqueur.

One of my favorite places to take a vacation is Laughlin. My wife and I frequently make the trip down there to stay in the famous laughlin hotels. The views and natural scenery is surreal, I have seen few places on this earth that are as beautiful as Laughlin nestled into the countryside next to the Colorado river. We usually stay at The Aquarius Casino Resort which only 90 minutes from Las Vegas. Its a great get away if you are growing tired of the strip or desire a more relaxed atmosphere. The Aquarius Casion in Laughlin has the best of both worlds. If your looking for excitement their gaming is top-notch, but if it you just want to relax their are plenty of amenities offered in their resort. Whatever you are looking for your sure to find it in Laughlin.
