We Are The Strange Preview
We Are The Strange is a feature length film created by director M Dot Strange. The film uses a new form of animation M Dot Strange has dubbed Strangmania. The animation is a blend of video game style with motion picture animation, truly a site to behold. We are the Strange has been screened the the Sun Dance Film Festival and was met with mixed reviews, however since its original screening the movies has gone on to win multiple awards and has been praised for its originality. The movie has been described as “something Hollywood would make for 70 million dollars”, interestingly enough We Are The Strange was a one man production created using fairly standard computer and video equipment.
Truly a film to watch for, the We Are The Strange trailer teases us with the possibility that the boring Hollywood regime may be overthrown in the name of entertainment in this user created content age we find ourselves in.
